CABLE MODEMS. The County and Participating Municipalities shall have 90 days from the Effective Date to transition to a Comcast Business Service Internet Plan for the cable modem accounts listed in Exhibit 5 or to cancel service. Comcast agrees there will be no charge for the cable modem accounts listed in Exhibit 5 during this 90-day transition period.

CABLE MODEMS. The Internet Service may require the use of a cable modem. To obtain our Maximum Throughput Rate, you may lease a cable modem from us for a monthly fee or purchase one from a list of modems authorized for use on our systems. For a list of ATMC-Authorized modems, see xxx.xxxx.xxx.
CABLE MODEMS. For cable modem delivered Internet Services, Cox shall supply a cable modem (“Modem”). Customer shall not tamper with, or attempt to reprogram the Modem, including, but not limited to, “uncapping” the Modem or affecting its bandwidth settings. Cox may terminate Service to any Modem that has been altered following programming or installation by Cox. The Modem shall be deemed Cox equipment under Section 11 of this Agreement.
CABLE MODEMS. (a) The Reseller is responsible for providing cable modems to retail customers.
CABLE MODEMS. The HSD Service requires the use of a cable modem. You may lease a cable modem from us for a monthly fee or purchase one from a list of modems authorized for use on our systems. In addition, if you use a modem we do not supply, or if you do not replace the modem we provide when we increase speeds, you may not be capable of obtaining our Maximum Throughput rate.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices. Except as specifically provided herein, modifications to the terms and conditions set forth herein may only be made with mutual written agreement of the Parties. Modifications may take the form of an update or an amendment. “

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS A. OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices. Except as specifically provided herein, modifications to the terms and conditions set forth herein may only be made with mutual written agreement of the Parties.   • Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service “Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Point-To-Point Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and scheduled on an as-available basis and is subject to Curtailment or Interruption as set forth in Tariff, Part II, section 14.7. Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service is available on a stand-alone basis for periods ranging from one hour to one month. Non-Firm Sale:

  • Collocation of Switching Equipment CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Local Switching Interfaces 4.2.13.1 Newcomm shall order ports and associated interfaces compatible with the services it wishes to provide as listed in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall provide the following local switching interfaces:
