Cable Ladder. The Contractor shall be responsible for the design, supply, delivery and installation of a cable ladder system for the entire plant. The Contractor’s design shall include for the design, supply and delivery, as well as the erection of the required rack (ladder) system which shall include unistrut supports, straight lengths, bends, elbows, tees, reducers, fixing brackets, fixing materials and touch up cold galvanizing painting. All cables shall be installed on a cable ladder system. Cables installed whether internal or external to a building, shall be installed on a cable ladder system. No cable shall be installed directly into a cable duct. All cable ladder utilized must be heavy duty galvanized. If alternative cable racks are offered the Contractor shall supply full details with the tender document. When installing cable ladder within cable ducts, a vertical installation mounted on the side wall of the cable duct, as opposed to a horizontal installation, is preferred. The Contractor shall produce a detailed cable ladder design detailing: ladder types, layout, orientation, sizes, cable layout on the rack and routes, for approval, before purchasing any ladder material.

Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Networks 1. Health plan provider networks must have a full range of primary care and specialist physicians with reasonable numbers of each in relationship to eligible State employees.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Communication Systems The Parties agree to share the use of communication systems, radios and radio frequencies for the implementation of this Agreement. Sharing of frequencies must be approved only by authorized personnel for each Party and documented in the AOP.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
