Cable. Television cable service can be obtained through the local cable provider. Hookup and charges for cable service are the responsibility of Lessee.
Cable. A. Owner will supply at least one coaxial cable per apartment when cable is available.
Cable. The applicable payment for each cycle of use shall be made not later than 15 working days after the date of first use in such cycle, except that adjustments for unit compensation not ascertainable at the time of first use, shall be paid in full not later than 15 working days after the completion of such cycle.
Cable. You may have a cable provider add additional wiring and drill into walls by showing them this document.
Cable. Pathnet is required to provide proper cabling, based on circuit type (VF, DS0, xDSL, DS1, DS3, etc.) to ensure adequate shielding. GTE cable standards (which are set forth in the CSP) are required to reduce the possibility of interference. Pathnet is responsible for providing fire retardant riser cable that meets GTE standards. GTE is responsible for placing Pathnet's fire retardant riser cable from the cable vault to the collocation space. GTE is responsible for installing Pathnet provided fiber optic cable in the cable space or conduit from the first manhole outside of the wire center or access tandem into the wire center or access tandem. This may be shared conduit with dedicated inner duct. Where Pathnet is providing underground fiber optic cable in the first manhole outside of the wire center or access tandem, it must be of sufficient length as specified by GTE to be pulled through the wire center or access tandem to Pathnet’s collocation space. Due to physical and technical constraints, removal of cable will be at GTE's option. GTE will make every effort to contact Pathnet in the event Pathnet's equipment disrupts the network. If GTE is unable to make contact with Pathnet, GTE shall temporarily disconnect Pathnet's service, as provided in Section 4.7. GTE will notify Pathnet as soon as possible after any disconnects of Pathnet's equipment.
Cable. This Section does not apply to, nor authorize the use of, commercials on “pay TV systems,” as that phrase is used in the Industry, which do not now carry commercial announcements.
Cable. (1) Within thirty (30) days after the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease or at any time that any of the Wires (as defined below) are no longer in active use by Tenant, Landlord may elect by written notice to Tenant to:
Cable. (a) The current SAG-AFTRA Cable Experimental Agreement, which has been extended from March 31, 1997, shall apply until such time as thereafter extended.
Cable. Tenant may install additional cable lines for television and internet access, at his/her expense, after written permission is granted from Landlord. Tenant is responsible for all internal cable.
Cable. A. This Contractor shall furnish and install all cable television/broadband distribution system zone cables as shown on the Drawings. The cables shall be UL listed, plenum type, coaxial RG-6/U, No. 18 AWG, seventy-five (75) degree C solid bare copper with a maximum resistance of 6.5 ohms per 1,000 feet, foam polyethylene insulation with a tape barrier, and a bifoil (100% coverage) plus an aluminum braid (65% coverage) shield. The television/broadband distribution system zone cable shall be WEST PENN Cat. No. 25841 or equal as manufactured by XXXXXX, XXXXX, GENERAL CABLE, or THE CABLE COMPANY.
