Common use of By You Clause in Contracts

By You. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your obligations hereunder; (b) you have not entered into, and during the term will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you from complying with this Agreement; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws in your performance of this Agreement, including holding and complying with all permits, licenses, registrations and other governmental authorizations necessary to provide (i) Transportation Services using the Vehicles pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) passenger transportation services to third parties in the Territory generally.

By You. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your obligations hereunder; (b) you have not entered into, and during the term will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you from complying with this Agreement; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws in your performance of this Agreement, including holding and complying with all permits, licenses, registrations and other governmental authorizations necessary to provide (i) Transportation Delivery Services using the Vehicles Transportation Method pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) passenger transportation delivery services to third parties in the Territory generally.

By You. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your obligations hereunder; (b) you have not entered into, and during the term will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you from complying with this Agreement; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws in your performance of this Agreement, including holding and complying with all permits, licenses, registrations and other governmental authorizations necessary to provide provide: (i) Transportation Services using the Vehicles pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) passenger transportation services to third parties in the Territory generally.

By You. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your obligations hereunder; (b) you have not entered into, and during the term will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you from complying with this Agreement; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws in your performance of this Agreement, including holding and complying with all permits, licenseslicences, registrations and other governmental authorizations authorisations necessary to provide (i) Transportation Delivery Services using the Vehicles Transportation Method pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) passenger transportation delivery services to third parties in the Territory generally.

By You. You hereby represent and warrant that: (aA) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your obligations hereunder; (bB) you have not entered into, and and, during the term of this Agreement, you will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you from complying with this Agreement; and (cC) you will comply with all applicable laws laws, rules and regulations in your performance of this AgreementTransportation Services and use of Ehail Services, including holding and complying with all permits, licenses, registrations and other governmental authorizations necessary to provide (i1) Transportation Services using the Vehicles pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii2) passenger transportation services to third parties in the Territory generally.

By You. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your obligations hereunder; (b) you have not entered into, and during the term will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you from complying with this Agreement; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws in your performance of this Agreement, including holding and complying with all permits, licenses, registrations and other governmental authorizations necessary to provide (i) Transportation Specialist Services using the Vehicles pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) passenger transportation Specialist services to third parties in the Territory generally.

By You. 9.1.1. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your its obligations hereunder; (b) you have not entered into, and during the term will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you it from complying with this Agreement; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws Applicable Laws in your its performance of this Agreement, including holding and complying with all permits, licenses, registrations and other governmental authorizations authorisations necessary to provide (i) Transportation Services using the Vehicles Vehicle pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) passenger transportation services Transportation Services to third parties in the Territory generally;.

By You. You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform your obligations hereunder; (b) you have not entered into, and during the term will not enter into, any agreement that would prevent you from complying with this Agreement; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws in your performance of this Agreement, including holding and complying with all permits, licenses, registrations and other governmental authorizations necessary to provide (i) Transportation Notarization Services using the Vehicles pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) passenger transportation services Notarization Services to third parties in the Territory generally.
