By Notice. You, together with any joint tenant, give us at least twenty-eight days written notice. You must tell us at the same time if you are married or if you live in the house with another person as husband and wife. If you do, their agreement may also be required. OR

This Agreement, and the employment of Employee hereunder, may be terminated by Employee or Employer upon ninety (90) days' written notice of termination; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, in the event Employer terminates this Agreement for any reason other than the occurrence of any of the events set forth in Sections 5.2 (2), (3), (4), (6), (7) or (9), and subject to Section 4.1(7) hereof, Employee shall be entitled to receive the balance of the unpaid base salary which would otherwise be payable to Employer during the remainder of the term of this Agreement pursuant to Sections 4.1(1) and 4.1(6) hereof within thirty (30) days after such ninety (90) day notice period.
By Notice. Employer or Employee may terminate Employee's employment without Cause (as defined below) by providing the other with sixty (60) day's advance written notice.
By Notice. This Agreement and the employment of Employee hereunder, may be terminated by Employee or Employer upon thirty (30) days' written notice of termination. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in the event that Employee shall be terminated for an occurrence described in Section 5.2(b) which shall be the subject of an effective Disability Policy, Employee shall not be entitled to receive any further payment from Employer other than Employer's obligation to pay regular premiums to maintain the effectiveness of such Disability Policy following the date from which Employee shall be entitled to receive payment under such Disability Policy.
By Notice to the Borrower declare the Lenders to be under no further obligation to the Borrower under or pursuant to this Agreement and may (and, on the instructions of the Majority Lenders, will) declare all or any part of the Lender Indebtedness (including such unpaid interest and Commitment Fees as shall have accrued and any Break Costs incurred by the Lender Finance Parties) to be immediately payable, whereupon the Lender Indebtedness (or the part of the Lender Indebtedness referred to in the Agent’s notice) shall immediately become due and payable without any further demand or notice of any kind; and/or
By Notice. Either party may by giving a minimum of 12 months' notice terminate the Billing Services.
