Common use of By MSHN Clause in Contracts

By MSHN. This Agreement may be terminated immediately without further liability on the part of MSHN, if PROVIDER or an official of PROVIDER or an owner is convicted of any activity in the above-referenced sections of this Agreement during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof.
