Buyer’s Discretion Sample Clauses

The "Buyer’s Discretion" clause grants the buyer the authority to make certain decisions or take specific actions at their own judgment within the scope of the contract. This may include choosing suppliers, approving products, or determining delivery schedules, depending on the agreement's context.
