Common use of Buyer’s Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Deliveries. Provided that all other conditions to Buyer's obligation to consummate the Closing shall have been or shall concurrently be satisfied, Buyer shall deliver to Seller through Escrow Holder, on or before the Closing Date, for disbursement, delivery and recordation, as provided in this Agreement, the following funds, instruments and documents, the delivery of which is material to the consummation of the subject transaction:
