Common use of Buyer’s Costs Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Costs. In connection with the purchase of the Interests contemplated under this Contract, Buyer shall be responsible for the costs and expenses of its attorneys, accountants and other professionals, consultants and representatives. Buyer shall also be responsible for the costs and expenses in connection with the preparation of any environmental report, any update to the survey and the costs and expenses of preparation of the title insurance commitment and the issuance of the title insurance policy contemplated by Article IV. Buyer shall be responsible for costs related to the execution of the New Franchise Agreement. Buyer shall also be responsible for the costs incurred after the Effective Time as provided in Section 12.1.
