Common use of Buyers’ Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Buyers’ Cooperation. Buyer must cooperate with Seller, Builder, or Builder's subcontractors by being available during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., to provide access to workmen. Additionally, Xxxxx, or Xxxxx's responsible representative, must be present in the home during the repair or replacement work to approve the repair or replacement, in writing, once completed. Buyer's continued failure to provide such cooperation shall absolve Seller of any further obligation to make the requested repair or replacement.
