Buyer Protection Policy. When Merchants accept payments using Pay with Revolut, or Customers make them, the Customer is protected by our Buyer Protection Policy. As set out in the Buyer Protection Policy, a Customer cannot make a claim without contacting the Merchant to resolve the issue first. If that does not resolve the issue, the Customer can make a claim if they made an eligible purchase and one of the following two things happens: ● what the Customer purchased was not delivered; or ● what the Customer purchased was delivered to the Customer but was materially different to what the Merchant said it would be. What is and is not an eligible purchase is set out in the Buyer Protection Policy. If you mention the “Buyer Protection Policy” at the checkout for a purchase which is not otherwise eligible, that purchase will be deemed to be eligible. If a Customer makes a claim, we will contact you to request a response. You must do so within 10 calendar days of our request. We will then undertake our review. Our review will result in us making a decision, in our sole discretion, about whether the purchase was not delivered or was delivered but was materially different to what the business said it would be, for the purposes of the Buyer Protection Policy. These decisions are final and we do not need to provide reasons for them. By agreeing to these terms, you agree that our decisions under the Buyer Protection Policy are final and cannot be challenged.

Buyer Protection Policy.  All future changes notified in the Policy Update already published on the “Legal Agreements” page. Please read carefully all of the terms and conditions of this user agreement and each of the other documents that apply to you. We may revise this user agreement and any of the documents listed above from time to time. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it, unless otherwise noted. If our changes reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities we will post a notice on the Policy Updates page of our website and provide notice to you of at least 60 days. The terms of the Buyer Protection Policy and the Merchant’s obligations under the Buyer Protection Policy constitute a part of these Terms. The Buyer Protection Policy sets out what purchases are and aren’t covered by the Policy. It also sets out how we will handle claims and decide on them.

  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. PayPal’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process.   • PayPal's Seller Protection Program If you sell a good or service to a buyer, you may be eligible for PayPal's Seller Protection program. When it applies, PayPal's Seller Protection program entitles you to retain the full purchase amount. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection Program. There is no limit on the number of payments eligible for PayPal's Seller Protection program. By accessing the transaction details page in your PayPal account you can see transactions that may be eligible for protection under this program. The Seller Protection Program terms and conditions are set out in the PayPal’s Seller Protection Program page and form part of this User Agreement.

  • NO LEMON POLICY This Agreement provides that following the expiration of the term of the Covered Product’s manufacturer’s warranty, and subject to Our Limit of Liability, after three (3) service repairs have been completed for the Covered Product for the same problem, as determined in Our sole discretion, in lieu of performing a fourth (4th) repair on the Covered Product, We may replace it with a product of like kind or similar features, or issue a check to You in an amount not to exceed the remaining limit of liability as determined in accordance with the section titled “LIMIT OF LIABILITY.” If We replace the Covered Product, all Our obligations for the Covered Product under this Agreement terminate.

However, it is expressly understood that the provisions of this clause may not be used to institute a grievance directly affecting an employee or employees which such employee or employees could themselves initiate as an individual or group grievance and the regular grievance procedure shall not be thereby bypassed.

  • Whistle Blower Protection Provided a nurse has followed reasonable policies or procedures issued by the Employer concerned to protect the Employer’s entitlement to investigate and address any allegation of wrongdoing, nurses will not be subject to discipline or reprisal for the reasonable exercise of their professional obligations, including those related to patient advocacy.

  • Competition Policy 1. The Parties recognize the importance of cooperation and technical assistance between their national competition authorities, including inter alia, the exchange of information and experiences, and the improvement of technical capacities in order to reinforce their competition policies. 2. In this sense, cooperation shall be conducted in accordance with their respective domestic laws and through their national competition authorities, who may sign a cooperation agreement.
