Buyer May Change. Buyer may, by written change order, make changes to the Goods or Services. If any such change alters the amount due or the time of performance, then Seller must notify Buyer in writing within seven days of receiving the change order and the parties will agree to an equitable adjustment to the Price or the time of the performance, as applicable.

CITY shall give GRANTEE no less than sixty (60) business days’ advance written notice of the action(s) CITY intends to take as a result of the unavailability of funds.
