Common use of BUYER-FURNISHED PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

BUYER-FURNISHED PROPERTY. The following additional provisions shall, unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing, apply with respect to any and all tools, equipment, material or other property used in the manufacture of products for Buyer which, whether or not listed in this order, are supplied to Seller by Buyer or are specifically paid for by Buyer. All such property is referred to herein as Buyer-furnished property.

BUYER-FURNISHED PROPERTY. The following additional provisions shall, unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing, apply with respect to any and all tools, equipment, material material, trade fixtures or other property used in the manufacture of products for Buyer which, whether or not listed in this order, are supplied to Seller Supplier by Buyer or are specifically paid for by Buyer. All such property is referred to herein as Buyer-furnished propertyfurnished.
