Buyer Changes. Buyer may at any time make changes within the scope of this Order in any one or more of the following: (a) drawings, designs or specifications; (b) method of shipment or packing; (c) place and time of delivery; (d) amount of Buyer’s furnished property; (e) quality; (f) quantity; or (g) scope or schedule of goods and/or services. Supplier shall not proceed to implement any change until such change is provided in writing by Xxxxx. If any changes cause an increase or decrease in the cost or schedule of any work under this Order, an equitable adjustment shall be made in writing to the Order price and/or delivery schedule as applicable. Any Supplier claim for such adjustment shall be deemed waived unless asserted within thirty (30) days from Supplier’s receipt of the change or suspension notification and may only include reasonable, direct costs that shall necessarily be incurred as a direct result of the change.

Buyer Changes. Buyer may, at any time, make changes to the Products under the Order, including, but not limited to, changes regarding the quantity, design, specifications, engineering level, materials, packaging, shipping date, or time or place of delivery. Seller will promptly implement any such change. Any changes to Product specifications will be managed according to Xxxxx’s change management Procedure.
Buyer Changes. Buyer shall have the right to make changes to existing orders. Purchase order changes will be allowed only if authorized by Buyer. If such change affects delivery, quality or amount to be paid by Buyer, Seller shall notify Buyer of such changes in writing.
Buyer Changes. (a) Buyer may make engineering changes to the Products from time to time during the Term of this Agreement by written notification to Seller describing the details of the engineering change. Drawings, designs, and/or specifications required for the change shall also be supplied by Buyer. Buyer shall assume all liability for obsolete materials and products as if they were canceled pursuant to Section 2.3 as a result of an engineering change. Once the Parties have agreed upon any resulting unit price change as determined in Section 4.2(b), Seller shall incorporate the proposed engineering change into the Products on a schedule to be agreed to by the Parties. Seller shall not proceed to implement any proposed engineering change without Buyer’s written authorization.

Buyer Changes. Upon written notice to Seller, Buyer from time to time may direct changes in design specifications relating to any order for product(s) placed thereunder. Within 30 days of receipt of Buyer's change notice, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a quotation (or a request for an extension beyond 30 days) detailing the impact of such change, if any, on price, lead-times, and ability to manufacture the product(s). Buyer retains the right to accept or reject any such quotation. Rejection of any such quotation shall have the effect of suspending Buyer's change notice. All quotations required of Seller under this paragraph 6.1 shall include only those net price increases made necessary because of Buyer's changes. All price savings resulting from buyer's changes shall be shared equally by Buyer and Seller for 12 months. After 12 months all price savings resulting from Buyer's changes will be passed on to the Buyer.

Buyer Changes. Any Buyer changes to the design, specifications or data incorporated in the purchase order must be delivered to Seller in writing. Seller must have approval of its new quote for the revision or a purchase order from the Buyer to approve the additional work before it commences the additional work.. Design changes that result in any change in the delivery schedule or price of the Tool shall be approved by Buyer and Seller and put in writing with an amended quote.
Buyer Changes. Subject to this Section 5.3, Buyer may make engineering change orders (ECOs) to the Products from time to time during the term hereof by written notification to Seller, describing the details of those engineering changes. Drawings, designs and/or specifications required therefore shall also be supplied by Buyer. In accordance with Section 4.1 above, Buyer shall be liable for any and all NCNR items and all materials and products purchased by Seller in response to Buyer’s firm orders rendered obsolete by such changes. Subject to Section 7, Buyer may propose an increase or decrease in the unit price of any Products and any changes in the applicable manufacturing schedule or process subject to Section 4.3.2 above, provided that Buyer allows [***] Seller to provide feedback on proposed changes. The parties shall make all good faith efforts to agree upon any changes in price, schedule or process [***]. If work-in-process is changed per Buyer’s engineering changes, Seller may ship said products and xxxx Buyer [***] for the labor and material costs caused by such changes. In addition, a processing fee of [***] shall be charged to the Buyer when the number of ECOs processed exceeds [***].
