Common use of Business Representatives Clause in Contracts

Business Representatives. Union Business Representatives shall be ad­ mitted to the Employer’s market premises during the hours meat department employees are working for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being ob­ served and for collecting dues. Such activities shall be conducted in such a manner as not to interfere with the orderly operation of Em­ ployer’s business.
