Business Protection Agreement. The Company considers the protection of its confidential information, proprietary materials and goodwill to be extremely important. Accordingly, as a condition of your continued employment with the Company and the increase in bonus potential reflected herein, you will be required to execute and return to the Company the enclosed Business Protection Agreement.
Business Protection Agreement. In consideration of the stock option grant described in Section 4, and other good and valuable consideration, Employee and the Company are concurrently entering a Business Protection Agreement. Employee's compliance with the terms of the Business Protection Agreement, including without limitation the noncompetition provisions of the Business Protection Agreement, is a material requirement of this Agreement. Employee acknowledges that his employment on the terms stated in this Agreement constitutes a bona fide advancement.

Business Protection Agreement. Consistent with the foregoing, VIASPACE shall enter into, provide VGE an executed copy thereof and agree to enforce a business protection agreement with each of its employees pursuant to which each such individual agrees to substantially the same restrictions and to the reasonable satisfaction of VGE, with VGE being a third party beneficiary thereof. A form of the Business Protection Agreement is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit “A.”
Business Protection Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that, during his tenure with the Company, Executive has received and will continue to receive access to some or all of the Company’s various trade secrets and confidential or proprietary information, including, but not limited to, (i) business operations and methods, (ii) existing and proposed investments and investment strategies, (iii) financial performance, (iv) compensation arrangements and amounts (whether relating to the Company or to any of its employees), (v) contractual relationships, (vi) business partners and relationships, and (vii) marketing strategies. In consideration for Executive’s continued employment with the Company and the compensation and benefits provided for under this Agreement, the Executive has executed the Business Protection Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B, and shall remain in compliance with the terms thereof.
Business Protection Agreement. Executive acknowledges that this Agreement is contingent upon Executive's acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Company's Business Protection Agreement ("BPA"), a copy of which has been delivered to Executive. Accordingly, Executive covenants and agrees to be bound and abide by all terms and provisions of the BPA, regardless of whether such agreement is ever signed or delivered by Executive.
Business Protection Agreement. Officer agrees that contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, he shall enter into a separate Business Protection Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
