Common use of Business Plan Clause in Contracts

Business Plan. a. The Chair will ensure that the Minister is provided with the Agency’s Annual Business Plan, covering a minimum of three(3) years from the current Fiscal Year which includes a financial budget and a risk assessment and management plan, for approval by the Minister. The Annual Business Plan shall be in accordance with the requirements set out in the AAD.

Business Plan. a. The Chair will ensure that the Minister is provided annually with the Agency’s Annual Business Plan, business plan covering a minimum of three(3three (3) years from the current Fiscal Year which includes a financial budget and a risk assessment and management plan, for approval by the Ministerfiscal year. The Annual Business Plan shall be in accordance with the requirements set out in the AAD.;
