Common use of Business Operation Clause in Contracts

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling souvenirs and miscellaneous items to the passengers and service users at the Domestic Passengers Terminal, the Bangkok International Airport, from 1 February 1999 to 17 March 2000.

Business Operation. Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling souvenirs merchandise and miscellaneous items to souvenirs, in the passengers and service users at Transit Lounge, the Domestic Passengers International Passenger Terminal, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of three years, from 1 February 1999 August 2000 to 17 March 200031 July 2003.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling souvenirs Thailand's brand merchandise and miscellaneous items to souvenirs, having been certified by the passengers and service users at Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, in the Domestic Passengers TerminalTransit Lounge of the International Passenger Terminal 1, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of one year, from 1 February 1999 12 October 2001 to 17 March 200011 October 2002.

AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling souvenirs Thailand's brand merchandise and miscellaneous items to souvenirs, in the passengers Departure Hall of the International Passenger Terminal 1 and service users at the Domestic Passengers Terminal2, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two years, from 1 February 1999 January 2001 to 17 March 200031 December 2002.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling souvenirs and miscellaneous items to the passengers and the service users at in the Domestic Passengers Passenger Terminal, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of three years, from 1 February 1999 18 March 2000 to 17 March 20002003.
