Common use of Business of the Company Clause in Contracts

Business of the Company. The Company has no knowledge of (i) the existence of any pending or planned patent, or any statute, rule, law, regulation, standard or codes which would materially adversely affect the condition, financial or otherwise, or the business operations, of the Company; or (ii) the existence of any other factor which would materially adversely affect the financial condition, or the operations, of the Company.
