Common use of Business of Company Clause in Contracts

Business of Company. The Company has been formed, and its purposes are, either directly or indirectly through one or more other limited liability companies or other Entities, to provide human and health services. The Company shall have the power to do all acts and things necessary or useful in connection with the foregoing. It is the intention of the Sole Member that the Company be a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes under Section 7701 of the Code and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
