Business Mobile Banking. Based on the permissions established in Business Online Banking, Customer may use Mobile Banking in the same manner Customer uses Business Online Banking, to: (i) view current balance information for Accounts linked to the Service; (ii) review available transactions for Accounts; (iii) transfer funds between Accounts on a one-time basis; (iv) view Account alerts and notifications; and (v) view payment history. In addition, Users may approve or reject ACH batch files for processing and approve or reject Wire Transfer requests.

Business Mobile Banking. When you download the application software for Business Mobile Banking or access mobile web via your mobile device’s browser, you will enjoy the convenience of managing your accounts whenever and wherever you want, right on your mobile phone. The application will allow you to use your mobile device to capture images of checks and other items and then transmit those images and other data to us electronically for deposit to your account. Please refer to the END USER TERMS FOR BUSINESS MOBILE BANKING section in this document.
Business Mobile Banking. You may choose to access Business Mobile Banking using an Internet-enabled mobile device. Business Mobile Banking is available either by using the downloadable app or by accessing Business Online Banking through the web browser of your mobile/tablet device. To use the LBS’s downloadable app, the mobile device must have an operating system that supports application downloads and may require a data service plan. Download the LBS app from the Google Play or Apple Stores. To use the mobile browser service, the mobile device must have a compatible internet browser and may require a data service plan or a wireless internet connection. You or any persons you have authorized to use your Business Mobile Banking Service will be able to perform applicable transactions as authorized by your Administrator. LBS is not responsible for any damages resulting from your failure to comply with any terms and conditions provided by your communication service provider or any app store. We recommend that you review your contract with your mobile device carrier before enrolling in the service. Business Mobile Banking and any software you may obtain from Business Mobile Banking (“Software”) may not be available at any time for any reason outside of the reasonable control of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Savings or any service provider.
Business Mobile Banking. Business Mobile Banking provides access for managing business finances anytime, anywhere from a mobile device. Check business account balances, view recent transactions including check images, transfer money between accounts. Deposit checks by snapping a picture of each check and view deposit history within the app. Approve scheduled transactions through Cash Management Business Online Banking, including fund transfers, ACH transfers and wire transfers. Bank is not responsible for advising customer of the existing or potential effect of malicious code that may exist on customer’s mobile devices. Bank assumes no responsibility for the defects or incompatibility of any devise, computer or software that customer use for mobile access, even if such devices, computers or software were previously approved for use. Additional services include mobile deposit, mobile approvals for ACH, and positive pay.
Business Mobile Banking. The Redstone Federal Credit Union Mobile Banking Application (App) provides a customized and fast Mobile Banking experience designed specifically for smart phones and devices. Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service (the “Ser- vices”) that allows you access to your Redstone Federal Credit Union account(s) information. Redstone Federal Credit Union (RFCU) does not permit your Pass- code or any account information to be stored on your device. When a new version of the Redstone Federal Credit Union Mobile App is avail- able, you will be notified of the update via an alert in the app store of your device. Simply update, and then you may continue your mobile banking. We reserve the right to modify the Services at any time. In the event of any modi- fications you are responsible for making sure that you understand how to use the App as modified. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Services or your Wireless Device. The availability, timeliness and proper functioning of Mobile Banking depends on many factors, including your Wireless Device location, wireless network availabil- ity and signal strength, and the proper functioning and configuration of hardware, software and your Wireless Device. Neither we nor any of our service providers warrants that the Services or the Software App will meet your requirements, oper- ate without interruption or be error-free, and neither we nor our service providers shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by any unavailability or improper functioning of Mobile Banking, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon, for any reason, including service interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, loss of date or loss of personalized settings. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, in- cluding, but not limited to, your mobile service provider (i.e. AT&T, Verizon, etc.) and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text mes- saging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for your use of or interaction with Mobile Banking, which may include downloading the Software, receiving or sending Mobile Banking text messages, or other use of your Wirele...

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

By using the Mobile Services, you agree to the following terms. You agree that we may send you information relative to Mobile Services through your communication service provider and that your communication service provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. You agree to provide a valid phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location so that we may send you information related to the Mobile Services. We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in, information and instructions sent through the Mobile Services. Additionally, not all of the products, services, or functionality described on the Site(s) and the Agreement are available when you use a mobile device. Therefore, you may not be eligible to use all the products, services or functionality described when you access or try to access them using a mobile device. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for any product, service, or functionality. Information available via the Mobile Services, including balance, transfer, and payment information, may differ from the information that is available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device. Information available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device may not be available via the Mobile Services, may be described using different terminology (including capitalized terms used in the Agreement or on our Site(s), or may be more current than the information available via the Mobile Services, including but not limited to account balance information. The method of entering instructions via the Mobile Services may also differ from the method of entering instructions directly through the Service without the use of a mobile device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer through the Mobile Services. We are not responsible for such differences, whether or not attributable to your use of the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree that neither our service providers nor we will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. You are responsible for any and all charges, including, but not limited to, fees associated with text messaging imposed by your communications service provider.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.

  • Mobile Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Make xxxx payments from your savings or checking account using the Mobile Xxxx Xxxxx service . When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.

  • Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
