Common use of Business Management Clause in Contracts

Business Management. You agree and acknowledge that: (i) we will have no responsibility for the day-to-day operations of any Restaurant developed under this Agreement or the management of your business; and (ii) you shall independently control the operation of your business and the results of your operations will depend almost exclusively on your business acumen and promotional and managerial efforts.
