Common use of Business Expense Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Business Expense Reimbursements. Employer will pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including travel expenses, Executive incurs during the Specified Term in the course of performing Executive's duties under this Agreement upon timely submission of appropriate documentation to Employer, as prescribed from time to time by Employer.

As per Employer’s expense reimbursement policies then in effect, and upon timely submission of appropriate documentation to Employer, Employer will pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including travel expensesand training, Executive incurs during the Specified Term in the course of performing Executive's ’s duties under this Agreement upon timely submission of appropriate documentation to Employer, as prescribed from time to time by EmployerAgreement.
