Contractor’s Economic Disclosure Statement and Contractor’s Affidavit submitted with Xxxxxxxxxx’s proposal are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Contractor shall at all times be in compliance with the representations contained in the Contractor’s Affidavit and Contractor’s Economic Disclosure Statement and shall disclose any changes to the accuracy of the representations made therein.
