Business Days of receipt. Supplier shall notify Equans immediately if it is unable to fulfill any terms of the Offer. Unless otherwise governed by another supply agreement, the terms of the accepted Offer shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties (“Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between any of the terms on the face of an Offer and those contained on the reverse, the terms on the front shall control. Any additional terms in any proposal, quotation, invoice, acknowledgement or other communication from Supplier are hereby objected to and rejected and are not binding on Equans.

Business Days of receipt. If Xxxxxx has not notified Indevus of rejection (which notification shall include Xxxxxx’ basis for rejection and proposal for resolution of the cause of such rejection) within such period, such Bulk Drug Product shall be deemed to have been accepted. Any disagreement as to whether the Bulk Drug Product conforms to the Specifications shall be determined in accordance with Section 5.10.5.
Business Days of receipt. On each Settlement Date, each of the Borrower and the Servicer shall deposit or shall cause to be deposited to the Collection Account all amounts described in "Total Distribution Amount" together with any other Collections received by either of them that have not previously been deposited to the Collection Account.
