Business Day; Time. Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder, whether under a Note or under another Loan Document, is due on a day other than a Business Day, such shall be paid or performed on the Business Day next following the prescribed due date, except as otherwise specifically provided for herein to the contrary, and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of interest and charges. Any reference made herein or in any other Loan Document to an hour of day shall refer to the then prevailing Eastern time, unless specifically provided herein to the contrary.

Business Day; Time. In this Sublease, “business day” means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday during which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is closed for business. Time is of the essence in Subtenant’s performance of its obligations and in Subtenant’s exercise of its rights and options, if any.
Business Day; Time. As used in this Agreement, “business day” shall be deemed to be any day other than a day on which banks in the state of New York shall be permitted or required to close and all references to time of day herein shall refer to New York City time. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, all time periods shall expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time.
