To ensure services and service levels described in this Document, Service Provider will: Develop and maintain a process for business continuity throughout the organization that addresses the information security requirements needed for Service Provider’s and its Providers’ business continuity so that the provision of products and/or services provided is uninterrupted. Maintain efforts to identify events that may cause interruptions to business processes, along with the probability and impact of such interruptions and the consequences for information security.
