Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties, the Supplier shall be responsible for business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing and implementation and execution, as more fully set forth in the Supplier’s business continuity/disaster recovery plan. Supplier shall send a copy of its business continuity/disaster recovery plan for review by CPR within ten (10) days of receipt of written notice by CPR.
