Common use of Business Cards Clause in Contracts

Business Cards. All business cards must contain the Kyäni Independent Business Partner logo. The Business Partner shall not have any reference or any content on the card that would reasonably lead a person receiving such card that the Business Partner is an employee of Xxxxx. If the Business Partner chooses to publish his or her rank on the business card, any such rank designation must be accurate.
