Business Cardmember and Cardholder Obligations. 4.1. Change in Cardholder and Business Cardmember’s/Cardholder’s information The Business Cardmember is obliged to collect the Card from the Cardholder if he/she is no longer an employee, director, or partner, as the case may be, of the Business Cardmember, and to return the Card to the Bank. Furthermore, the Business Cardmember undertakes to inform the Bank in writing of any changes to the information contained in the Card application within 14 days.
