Common use of Business and Entertainment Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business and Entertainment Expenses. Subject to Company's standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations, costs of entertainment and business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive's spouse accompanying Executive on business travel.

Business and Entertainment Expenses. Subject to the Company's standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, the Company shall will reimburse Executive Employee for, or pay on behalf of ExecutiveEmployee, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive Employee for business related purposes, including dues and fees to approved industry and professional organizations, and reasonable costs of entertainment and incurred in connection with business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive's spouse accompanying Executive on business travel.

Subject to Company's standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall no less frequently than monthly reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations, organizations and costs of entertainment and business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive's spouse accompanying Executive on business travel.

Subject to Company's ’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive during his employment hereunder for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry industry, professional and professional organizations, social organizations and costs of entertainment and business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive's spouse accompanying Executive on business travel.

Subject to the Company's ’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, the Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to approved industry and professional organizations, and reasonable costs of entertainment and incurred in connection with business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive's spouse accompanying Executive on business travel.

Subject to Company's standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to any of its executive employees generallyemployees, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses reasonably incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations, costs of entertainment and business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive's spouse accompanying Executive on business travel.. Company shall also pay on behalf of Executive the expenses of one club selected by Executive; and
