Buses l For all intents and purposes, school buses, whether managed by the school or outsourced to a third party, are considered part of the school premises when being used by students. l All safety rules and behaviour expectations set by the school and enforced by personnel must be adhered to by students and parents. Failure to comply with all transportation rules set by the school will result in disciplinary action and will affect the students ’ registration chances for the following academic year.
Buses. District shall provide to Town one school bus generally described as follows on the dates listed in paragraph 3.
Buses. Buses may not access the Sports Park via the rear parking lot. All bus pick ups and drop offs must be done in the bus stop in front of the Community Center. Buses may not park at the bus stop. Due to the high demand for parking at the Woodland Community & Senior Center, buses must park at the County Fair Mall, on East Street, until teams are ready to be picked up. Buses parked at the Community Center will be asked to move. Parking Fees GROUP shall not charge any participant a parking fee. Parking will remain free at the Woodland Community & Senior Center. The Woodland Sports Park is considered a public park and other events occur simultaneously at the Woodland Community & Senior Center.
Buses. 1486 Xxxxx are assigned after bid by seniority. Bus assignments may change 1487 when it becomes necessary to do so in order to accommodate students 1488 with special needs.

Buses. School buses provided for transporting children must meet all laws as stated in the Compliance with Laws section of this proposal. Two-way radio equipment: The contractor will equip every bus with a two-way radio. The frequency and all equipment will be contractor-provided. The contractor will provide to HCBOE personnel one (1) mobile radio transmitting over the contractor’s frequency. Cameras, boxes and recording media: Each bus used in service for this contract shall be equipped with a functional camera box. The contractor must install cameras with digital recording equipment on 100% of its regular route buses. Regular route buses must have cameras and digital recording equipment functional at all times that buses are student occupied. Video disks of bus activity requested by HCBOE personnel must be submitted to HCBOE personnel within two (2) business days. Digital recording equipment must be capable of retaining 14 school days of data. No buses more than nine (9) years old may be assigned for transportation of any school children. All buses must be rear-heater equipped. Buses shall be maintained in good operating order and all equipment shall function properly as required by state law. The interior, exterior and windows of all buses shall be kept clean. Signs indicating the school name and bus number are not required. Each bus transporting HCBOE students must be signed on both sides with “Huntsville City Schools.” Buses utilized must be numbered consecutively beginning with “1.” Numbers should be clearly identifiable and on the front, rear and sides of each bus.
