Bus Transportation. The Venango Technology Center has provided bus transportation to have you transported to and from the Tech Center and your sending school. The bus driver is in charge. You are expected to abide by the bus rules set forth by the driver, your sending school and the Venango Technology Center. If you display inappropriate conduct while riding the bus, you may be removed temporarily or permanently from the bus. If this should occur, your parent/guardian will be required to transport you between schools. You will not be permitted to transport yourself. Inappropriate bus behavior, depending on the frequency and severity of such behavior, may result in you being recommended for expulsion from the Venango Technology Center.

Bus Transportation. (a) Where air transportation is not practical for workers on Schedule 2 through 4 bus transportation and $150 per return trip will be provided in lieu of air transportation. (This allowance shall be adjusted in January of 2017 and 2018, in the same manner as adjustments to initial, return and rotation allowances are calculated in the Collective Agreement.) Turnaround provisions will not apply. If bus transportation is not provided, initial and return allowances will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement. Rotation allowances shall be paid in accordance with the Collective Agreement, however shall be paid each work cycle.

Bus Transportation. Bus transportation to the Site is not a guaranteed service. Employees are responsible for reporting to their assigned work location unless their assigned work location is officially closed, regardless of where the employee lives.
Bus Transportation. All rules in the regular Code of Conduct (JCDA-R) apply to behavior on a school bus or at a school bus stop. The Xxxxxx County School System operates bus service for all pupils. A student is expected to act in a quiet and orderly manner when loading, riding, and unloading the bus. This service is a privilege and may be denied for undesirable behavior. The bus driver must be obeyed at all times. If a student feels an order from the driver is unjust, it should be obeyed nonetheless and then the incident reported to the transportation director. Students who come to school on the bus should return home on the bus unless he or she has a note from the parent or guardian and signed by the principal or designee. All bus discipline cases of safety violation are viewed as serious violations. Bus conduct rules are listed in Policy JCDAD-R/EDCB-R. Drivers will make the final decision as to whether or not to file a report on a student for any rule violation. If a report is filed on a student, the consequences are: Grades PK-5: 1st Offense, Grades PK-5: Warning sent to parents 2nd Offense for PK-5: Off bus five (5) days 3rd Offense for PK-5: Off bus ten (10) days 4th Offense for PK-5: Off bus rest of the school year Grades 6-12: 1st Offense: Off bus five (5) days, with parent conference 2nd Offense: Off bus rest of the school year Please note there is not an official warning in writing from a driver or the Director of Operations in grades 6—12. The rules are communicated, the consequences are communicated and these students know what they are. Physical violence (or language that leads to physical violence) of any kind will result in suspension from the bus for the balance of the year and some offenses are so bad that a more severe penalty may occur. Physical violence within the last 45 days of school may have consequences that carry into the next school year. See Policy JCDA- R/EDCB-R (Sent home with students at the beginning of the year or upon enrollment). Bus Transportation. In year 1 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement The Company shall pay $35.00 per month for each employee to bus transportation for those employees who bus to the airport. (Probationary employees shall be eligible the first of the month following the month of hire). The employee shall pay any additional cost. In years 2 and 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement the Employer shall pay fifty percent (50%) of bus transprotation costs up to $40.00 for each employee to provide parking for those employees who bus to the airport. The employee shall pay the additional cost.Employee must present paid receipt to receive reimbursement.

Bus Transportation. Bus drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from school/school-sponsored events and enforcing school bus rules. Students are responsible for reasonable and acceptable behavior while riding the bus. The following rules have been established by the District Transportation Department:  Students will quietly wait in the bus line.  Students will walk single file on the sidewalk to and from the bus.  Students will enter and exit the bus in a polite manner.  Students will sit where directed by the bus driver or chaperone.  Students will remain seated while on the bus.  Students will obey all directions of the driver courteously and promptly.  Students will keep hands, feet, and personal objects within their own physical space.  Students will speak in a respectful tone and volume.  Students will not consume food or beverages while on the bus. It is policy that bus students have written permission from parent(s)/guardian(s) if they are not going to ride the bus. In the absence of a note, the student will be considered a bussed student and will be expected to ride the bus. Consequences for Bus Misconduct Reported by the Driver: 1st Report: Driver’s report is sent to parent/guardian, conference with student. 2nd Report: Same as first report in addition to conference with parent/guardian and possible denial of bus privilege for up to one week. 3rd Report: Same as second report with possible denial of bus privilege for more than 1 week. **Significant misbehavior may result in possible denial of bus privileges.
Bus Transportation. Transportation supplied is subject to any state or foreign government(s) involved granting operating rights, and subject to all applicable and foreign laws, regulations, and treaties governing ground transportation. ISTOURS reserves the right to substitute licensed transportation providers and/or to change the bus type, capacity, and routing. No refund will be given for such substituting or changes. The transportation pick-up point will be designated by ISTOURS. It is the responsibility of the participant to be at the pick-up point at the time and day specified (to be determined prior to the trip). You will be notified when and where to be at the pick- up point. Participant agrees to be solely responsible for boarding all transportation on time with a valid picture identification and parental permission if the participant is under 18 years of age. ISTOURS shall not be obligated to make alternate arrangements for missed transportation. No refund will be given for any missed or unused transportation. Participants are not allowed to drive to the destination as all packages are air or bus transport packages only, unless a parental waiver is signed.
Bus Transportation. TCA may utilize bus transportation from the district for field trips, athletic events, etc. on an as needed and space available basis. Requests for transportation will be submitted to the district transportation department. The district will bill TCA for these transportation costs.
