Kilometre Allowance 33.1 The Kilometre Allowance per day and Charge Per Excess Kilometre Fee is indicated on Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. The applicable Excess Kilometre Fee is payable by You to Apollo on return of the Vehicle.
Boundaries All of the improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon the Property encroach upon any of the Improvements, so as to affect the value or marketability of the Property except those which are insured against by the Title Insurance Policy.
Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.
Kilometrage Allowance An Employee who is authorized to use a privately owned automobile on the Employer’s business shall be paid a kilometrage allowance of $0.4415 cents per kilometre. The Employer will adopt the civil service kilometrage rate effective the date of a tentative agreement being reached between the parties, provided that such agreement is subsequently ratified. Thereafter adjustments will be made in accordance with, and on the same effective dates as adjustments to the civil service rate.
Trench Rock Trench rock is defined as any material that must be removed from a trench that cannot be excavated with a hydraulic excavator having a bucket curling force rated at not less than 18,300 pounds (Caterpillar Model 215 or equivalent) and occupies an original volume of at least one-half cubic yard.

Copper Subloops Sprint will make available access to copper subloops on an unbundled basis. A copper subloop is a portion of a Copper Loop, or Hybrid Loop, and is comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable that acts as a transmission facility between any accessible terminal in Sprint’s outside plant, including inside wire owned or controlled by Sprint, and the end-user customer premises. A copper subloop can also include intermediate devices, such as repeaters, used to establish the transmission path. Copper subloops can be used by CLEC to provide voice-grade services as well as digital subscriber line services. Access to copper subloops is subject to the collocation provisions of this Agreement. Copper subloop consists of the distribution portion of the copper loop. Sprint is not obligated to offer feeder loop plant as a stand-alone UNE.
Area of Concern Cracks in walkways and/or patios within property boundaries and/or driveway. Standard: Cracks that do not exceed an average of ½ inch in width and vertical displacement that does not exceed an average of ½ inch are to be expected. Transfer outside of the Bargaining Unit (a) A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of not more than three (3) months, or is seconded to teach for an academic year shall not suffer any loss of seniority, service or benefits. A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of more than three (3) months, but not more than one (1) year shall retain, but not accumulate, her or his seniority held at the time of the transfer. In the event the nurse is returned to a position in the bargaining unit, she or he shall be credited with seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of her or his return to the bargaining unit.
