Bus Drivers. employees who possess a valid Illinois School Bus Driver Permit, who are employed by the District for the purpose of driving a type two division vehicle, who are regularly assigned bus driving duties and routes (“Bus Drivers”), who are not members of any other District recognized bargaining unit, and who are not Pre-K/Head Start school bus drivers, but excluding all substitute Bus Drivers.
