Burstable Service Options. Customer may subscribe to a Bandwidth Commitment which is less than the full speed of the selected Internet Dedicated Service and may subsequently burst to the full speed of the selected Internet Dedicated Service as required. • For Burstable Service, Customer selects one of the following Burstable Internet Dedicated pricing plans. o Burstable Select. If Customer’s Measured Use Level is greater than Customer’s Bandwidth Commitment per circuit for any month, Customer will pay the price for each Mbps over the circuit’s respective Bandwidth Commitment. o Burstable Aggregation. Customer may associate multiple circuits together as a Burstable Aggregation Group and will designate a Master Site within each defined group. Customer will pay the overage price based on the Master Site rates for each Mbps over the Measured Use Level in a month for the sum of the Bandwidth Commitments within a Burstable Aggregate Group. • Customer may request changes to a Burstable Aggregation Group once per calendar month. When Customer requests a new Bandwidth Commitment or change to a Burstable Aggregation Group, Verizon will implement the new Bandwidth Commitment or changed Burstable Aggregation Group on the first day following the end of the billing cycle if feasible, but in any event, no later than the first day of the billing cycle thereafter.   • Service Options The following features may be included with Customer Service. Description of Service feature herein in no way entitles customer to feature. Features described below may have additional cost associated with them.

  • Coverage Options Eligible employees may select coverage under any one of the dental plans offered by the Employer, including health maintenance organization plans, the State Dental Plan, or other dental plans. Coverage offered through health maintenance organization plans is subject to change during the life of this Agreement upon action of the health maintenance organization and approval of the Employer after consultation with the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Health Plans. However, actuarial reductions in the level of HMO coverages effective during the term of this Agreement, including increases in copayments, require approval of the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Health Plans. Coverage offered through the State Dental Plan is determined by Section 7A2.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • Relationship to Parent Award This Agreement incorporates all the terms and conditions of the Award (AW825280CAV) as at 10 April 2006 with the exception of clauses 13, 16.2.1, 22.3.4, 22.3.5, 37.6 and 40.3. Where there is inconsistency between the Award and this Agreement, the latter will prevail but only to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • Vesting Schedule Except as provided in Section 4, and subject to Section 5, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in the Notice of Grant. Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

  • Pay Options 16.1 All wages due shall be paid weekly directly into an employee’s nominated bank account.

  • Standard Option The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, and construct the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, using Reasonable Efforts to complete the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades by the dates set forth in Appendix B hereto. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not be required to undertake any action which is inconsistent with its standard safety practices, its material and equipment specifications, its design criteria and construction procedures, its labor agreements, and Applicable Laws and Regulations. In the event the Connecting Transmission Owner reasonably expects that it will not be able to complete the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades by the specified dates, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall promptly provide written notice to the Developer and NYISO, and shall undertake Reasonable Efforts to meet the earliest dates thereafter.
