Bulletin Boards and School Mails. The Union shall be provided with bulletin boards, or sections thereof, for the purpose of posting Union materials. The Union shall also have the right to use the school mails to distribute Union material.

Bulletin Boards and School Mails. The Association shall be provided with a bulletin board in the bus garage and one in the school lounge for the purpose of posting Association materials. Materials shall not be slanderous or malicious. The Association shall also have the right to use the school mails to distribute Association materials.

Bulletin Boards and School Mails. The Association may use a portion of the staff lounge bulletin board, if available, for the purpose of posting Association materials. The Association also has the right to use the school mails to distribute association materials, provided it does not require the Board or its representatives to process or handle such mail. Employees may use the designated bulletin board space for the purpose of personal messages and items of interest which do not detract from the orderly performance of work or the ability of employees and/or supervisors to maintain and xxxxxx positive working and personal relationships at work.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations.   • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:

  • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
