Buildings and Grounds. The Facility will maintain all community buildings, common areas and grounds, including lawns, walkways and driveways. Landscaping and decorative plantings will be provided and maintained by the Facility, as it deems appropriate.

The work week for buildings and grounds maintenance employees shall consist of forty (40) hours per week, eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday, except that effective on or after January l, l982, the Board may hire new employees and assign them to any five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Sunday.

The agency will be responsible for the cost of replacing any missing sheets and blankets.
