Building Usage. 1. MPS will provide space, (on a nonexclusive basis), utilities and routine custodial cleaning and maintenance at the MPS facility Xxxxx Elementary School, (hereinafter referred to as “facility”), located at 0000 X 0xx Xx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 on pupil attendance days from 6:30 a.m. to the start of the school day and from the end of the school day until the closing of the authorized CLC programming, but no later than 10:00 p.m., for the 2016-17 school year. In the event the CLC operates on a weekend, the cost of the facility’s operations personnel overtime will be charged to Provider’s CLC grant. If special circumstances arise, e.g., CLC special event, during the week that requires non-routine custodial cleaning, the cost of overtime will also be charged to Provider’s CLC grant.

Building Usage. When appropriate meeting space in buildings owned or leased by the District is available, the space may be used for Association meetings provided that a request is approved in advance pursuant to the Building Rental Policy of the District. Requests must be signed by the Association President.

Building Usage. When using the value of a building and/or office space as match contribution, the value must be verifiable. Unless the whole building/office space is used for the funded programs, the value shall be calculated on the square footage actually utilized by the funded programs. For a building usage to be used as a match, the space used must be available for the public to use. For example, a community room is allowable, but an office in a school is not allowable. The following are acceptable sources of documentation:
Building Usage. The Union and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings, provided that the Union shall follow the established procedure of the Employer for the arranging of the usage of the school buildings, and provided that when custodial services are required, the Employer may make the standard charge therefore, and provided further that such use shall be approved by the Building Principal.
