Common use of BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS. Lessor reserves the right to establish reasonable rules and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the Building, which rules and regulations may be changed by Lessor from time to time, and shall be uniformly applicable to all tenants in the Building. Lessee shall comply with any rules and regulations established by Lessor pursuant to this Section 18.

BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS. Lessor reserves the right to establish commercially reasonable rules and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the Building, which rules and regulations may be changed by Lessor from time to time, and shall be uniformly applicable to all tenants in the Building. Lessee shall comply with any rules and regulations established by Lessor pursuant to this Section 18. Building Rules and Regulations are stated on EXHIBIT "F", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
