Building Inspection Services. 9. When requested by City, Consultant shall provide City with qualified building inspection individuals to be located at City facilities and perform as an extension of staff. Selection of these individuals will be further subject to approval by City.

Building Inspection Services. Inspector shall be paid an amount equal to 65% of the gross building permit fees it collects during the term of this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Agreement, Inspector shall only be entitled to payment for inspections actually completed prior to the effective date of the termination.

Consultant’s services may include a State of California registered Fire Protection Engineer, to complete all Fire Code inspection services requested by the City, or Certified Access Specialist (CASp) certified inspections as directed by the City of Redwood Community Development and Transportation Director, Chief Building Official or their designee.

Upon advance oral or written notice by the City, the County shall provide Building Inspection Services for the City.
