Building Holidays. Closed The Lounge may be reserved after-hours for a fee. Tenants should contact the Office of the Building for additional information and reservation request forms. OCCUPANT’S PROPERTY Occupant acknowledges that Wi-Fi, televisions, other equipment, furniture, seating, kitchen area, cabinets and countertops are provided for the convenience of the Occupants only. Building Owner or its Managing Agent shall not be liable for the disappearance, loss, theft, or damage to or of any Occupant’s personal property. Any property of Occupant remaining in the Lounge or Roof Deck, after Occupant leaves, will be taken to the Office of the Building. Any personal property left in the Lost and Found for more than fourteen (14) days after found shall be deemed abandoned by Occupant. INVOLUNTARY TERMINATION Building Owner or its Managing Agent reserve the right to terminate or suspend, for such period of time as Building Owner or its Managing Agent shall deem appropriate, any privileges of the Occupant as a result of failure to comply with any provision the Lounge & Roof Deck Rules and Regulations or for any other actions that are in any way detrimental to the best interest of the operations of the Lounge or its use by other Occupants. Access and Use may be terminated or suspended verbally with subsequent written notification to employer of Occupant.

Common Areas: those areas of the Property, wherever located, which have been designated and improved from time to time for the common use by or for the benefit of more than one occupant of the Property or which are used in connection with the maintenance or operation of the Property, including, without limitation, all parking areas, roadways, curbs, sidewalks, medians, landscaped areas and planters; all porch and lobby areas; corridors; hallways; passageways; public restrooms; security stations; storage, equipment, machine, meter, mechanical, plumbing, computer, telephone and electrical rooms, stations, conduit, shafts, raceways and the like; common lounges, kitchen areas, conference and meeting rooms (including furniture, fixtures and equipment appurtenant thereto); stairs, ramps, elevators, truck serviceways; loading areas; trash disposal facilities; and with respect to all the foregoing, all equipment and appurtenances thereto; but excluding all portions of the Property which are designated and intended for the use by a single occupant of the Property. Emergency: defined in Section 19.1.
