Building Exteriors. Landlord shall, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, maintain and repair all roofs (including surfaces) and all exterior walls of the Premises, regardless of cost.

The storefront will be completely replaced, as will the sidewalk along the storefront area. The exterior will be repainted, and exterior building lighting will be upgraded.
