Building Department. The City shall provide services of the City’s Building Department which shall include, but not be limited to, permitting of NMCRA capital projects, inspections, plan review, demolition activities and Unsafe Structures Board proceedings as well as access to historical property data through laserfiche or other such means as deemed appropriate.
Building Department. The Employer shall provide Building/Code Enforcement unit members six (6) shirts plus two hundred ($200) dollars annually for footwear and jeans to be paid each year in January. The Township will also provide, as needed: rubber boots, three quarter length lined jackets, and one set of yellow rain gear to each employee at no cost to the employee. Uniforms are the property of the Employer and to qualify for a replacement uniform, the old items must be returned to the Employer.
