Building Department. The City shall provide services of the City’s Building Department which shall include, but not be limited to, permitting of NMCRA capital projects, inspections, plan review, demolition activities and Unsafe Structures Board proceedings as well as access to historical property data through laserfiche or other such means as deemed appropriate.
