Building Control. Landlord reserves the right to control and operate the Common Areas as well as facilities furnished for the common use of tenants in such manner as Landlord deems best for the benefit of tenants generally. Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the Building during an emergency by closing the doors or otherwise, for the safety of tenants and protection of the Building and property in the Building.

Building Control. You are reminded that the carrying out of building works requires approval under the Building Regulations in many cases as well as a grant of planning permission.
