Common use of Building Approvals Clause in Contracts

Building Approvals. The Town Parties shall hold such meetings and assist Developer with all necessary permit applications and other submittals to each and any other applicable board, commission or office of the Town to facilitate procurement, by the Developer, of all necessary and appropriate authorizations, approvals, permits and other entitlements required or otherwise associated with the Project to accommodate the timely construction of the Project.
