Common use of Budget Modifications Clause in Contracts

Budget Modifications. Modifications to the budget must be approved by a Supermajority Vote of the Executive Board as necessary from time to time after each Principal has approved its own budget in order to conform the Agency budget to the budgets adopted by the Principals and account for other operating changes.
