Budget Change. During the Project Period, the Recipient shall notify the City of any changes to the Project budget by submitting a new Budget Request, in the form of Schedule “A”. Any change to the budget will not increase the Funding.

Budget Change. The Budget Change should outline what is being changed, where it is going to and the amount being changed. For example, transferring $15,000 from Year 3 maintenance to Year 3 travel. For multiple changes, across different years and items, there should be a separate line for each change. Grant - Scope Change (if relevant) If a Grant - Scope Change is required, details on what is being removed or added to the Grant and how funds will be changed to cover the change needs to be listed. It should refer to the original Grant, so scope changes can be easily identified. Please see instructions for Xxxxx – Scope Changes for examples of when this is needed. Up to 500 words should be entered into the justification outlining the budget changes and any additional changes. Supporting documentation should only be attached if requested. The details of the request must be listed within the justification. For further details on how to complete a Budget Change line please refer to Appendix B of these instructions.

  • Budget Impact The rental fee provided for in the agreement is for One Hundred Seventy dollars ($170.00) per month. This is a total annual airport revenue of $2,040.00.

  • BUDGET REDUCTIONS In the event that the County’s Board of Supervisors adopts, in any fiscal year, a County Budget which provides for reductions in the salaries and benefits paid to the majority of County employees and imposes similar reductions with respect to County Contracts, the County reserves the right to reduce its payment obligation under this Contract correspondingly for that fiscal year and any subsequent fiscal year during the term of this Contract (including any extensions), and the services to be provided by the Contractor under this Contract shall also be reduced correspondingly. The County’s notice to the Contractor regarding said reduction in payment obligation shall be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board’s approval of such actions. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, the Contractor shall continue to provide all of the services set forth in this Contract.

  • Termination for Changes in Budget or Law The JBE’s payment obligations under this Agreement are subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds. Expected or actual funding may be withdrawn, reduced, or limited prior to the expiration or other termination of this Agreement. Funding beyond the current appropriation year is conditioned upon appropriation of sufficient funds to support the activities described in this Agreement. The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.

  • Budget Review The grant funds will not be disbursed until a completed Annual Budget Application (located in the Grant Manager web-based system) for all applicable grants funded under the Contract is received and approved by the Department. The Department shall review all budgets for completeness, reasonableness, and accuracy. Incomplete or incorrect budgets may be returned to the Grantee for correction. Projected expenditures will be compared with actual expenditures from prior years and adjustments may be made to current allocations.

  • Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.

  • Budget Narrative Services are strictly paid as cost reimbursement. No funds will be paid for services not provided.

  • Budget Control Records of expenditures must be maintained for each Award by the cost categories of the approved Budget (including indirect costs that are charged to the Award), and actual expenditures are to be compared with Budgeted amounts at least quarterly.
