Except as set forth on Schedule 2.30 of the Disclosure Schedule, neither Company nor, to the best knowledge of Company, any of its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents has employed any investment banker, broker, finder or intermediary, and no fee or other commission is owed to any such third party in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
