Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership or any of its Affiliates has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate CONE Gathering or its Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership CONE Gathering or any of its Affiliates has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate CONE Gathering or its Affiliates any Group Member to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Since December 31, 2015, there has been no Sponsor Material Adverse Effect with respect to CONE Gathering. 3.10
